Recommended Hotel: Stratton House Hotel & Spa
We are recommending that guests book a room at the Stratton House Hotel and Spa in nearby Cirencester. There are enough rooms in the hotel for our entire guest list, but we do not have exclusive use of the hotel, so please book as early as you can.
We recommend booking for the evening of Friday 15th, and Saturday 16th November. We will host a drinks reception for guests on the evening of the 15th as a thank-you.
Booking for both evenings means you can get ready in the hotel on the morning of the wedding.
You are more than welcome just to book the Saturday evening, but our wedding starts at 1:30pm, and the check-in time for the hotel is 3pm, so you won't be able to check-in before the wedding.
If you are in the bridal party or groom party, you do not need to book a room, we will organise your accommodation.
We will organise transport from this hotel to the wedding, and we will also be running a regular shuttle service from the wedding venue back to the hotel so that you can leave at a time that is convenient for you.
Special Wedding Shuttle Service
If you are staying at the Stratton House Hotel then you can make use of our special wedding shuttle service!
A coach will depart the hotel at 1:30pm, taking our guests directly to the venue at Cripps Barn.
From 9:30 pm, a free minibus shuttle service will be running from the venue back to the hotel, ensuring our guests can get home without needing to worry about taxis.
But if you do want to book your own taxi, or if you want to leave earlier than 9:30 pm, then you can scroll down this page to find a list of local taxi companies.

If there is no space left at Stratton House Hotel, or if you'd like to book somewhere else, please find a list of alternative hotels below, which are all within a 15 minute drive of the venue.
Please note that if you stay at any of these hotels, you will have to organise your own transport to the venue and back again (or hop on the shuttle and get a taxi from Stratton House Hotel).
